Commissioning support

Heatric’s design engineering team are qualified to provide the following support:

  • Technical reviews of P&IDs and system design
  • Pre-commissioning support
  • Site-attendance at the fabrication yard during construction

Our Design Engineers are always available for consultation at Heatric’s offices or the client’s base during the design stage and our dedicated team of Heatric Service technicians can provide further on-site technical and labour support covering installation and commissioning.

Maintenance support

Our dedicated team of Customer Service Technicians can provide maintenance support including external and internal visual inspection to ensure the best possible performance of your Heatric PCHE. They are also equipped to carry out recommended service tasks and to provide assistance to your maintenance team as required. Our team can mobilise anywhere in the world within 72 hours.
