  • Practical advice and support on normal operation and maintenance best practices (pre start-up)

Heatric’s engineering team are qualified to provide the following support:

  • Technical reviews of P&IDs and system design
  • Pre-commissioning support
  • Site-attendance at the fabrication yard during construction

Heatric’s design engineers are always available for consultation at Heatric’s offices or the client’s base during the design stage. The company’s dedicated team of Heatric service technicians can provide further on-site technical and labour support covering installation, commissioning and operation.

Maintenance support

Heatric’s dedicated team of Field Service Engineers can provide maintenance support including external and internal visual inspection to ensure the best possible performance of Heatric PCHEs. They are also equipped to carry out recommended service tasks and to provide assistance to the operator’s maintenance team as required. The Heatric Services team can mobilise anywhere in the world within 72 hours.
