The Heatric Services department is Heatric’s specialised team that supports the operation and maintenance of the company’s heat exchangers around the world. This department has a staff of dedicated and experienced Field Service Engineers capable of deploying worldwide to assist operators with their units in the field.

There are a range of support options available to operators of PCHEs that can ensure the life of the equipment. As a result of Heatric’s maintenance programs there are Heatric units in operation with a service life of over 25 years.

Examples of maintenance options offered by the Services team include:

• Use of strainers for duties involving dirty, fouling fluids with potentially large particulates.
• Ultra-High Pressure (UHP) cleaning to reduce fouling and improve the performance of an exchanger.
• Commissioning / start-up program to avoid any issues with the commissioning of the system.
• Bespoke preventative maintenance programmes specifically designed around the operator’s application and duties. Includes recommendations on items such as strainer usage, cleans, derimming and others.
