The key aim of the Heatric Services team is to optimise the client’s equipment availability and to maximise uptime for the overall system.
The Heatric Services team supports customers by reviewing their Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and their system design to identify critical exchangers, then creating sparing strategies to ensure the continuity of operations. In addition to this Heatric also advises customers on maintaining an inventory of spare units to optimise exchanger availability.
The identification and provision of spares requires comprehensive understanding of the system and its operations. By identifying the areas with potential risk, and the cost of associated downtime, it is possible to ensure optimised operations and minimised cost to the client.
