Heatric Field Service Engineers (FSEs)

 

A key focus area of Heatric’s operations is the ongoing support of the heat exchangers that it manufactures and supplies. Heatric’s dedicated support team, the Heatric Services department, draws from over 25 years of experience to ensure the continued operation of thousands of Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers (PCHEs) worldwide.

Heatric’s Field Services Engineers are the company’s on-site operatives, capable of delivering services and assistance across the world. When customers raise an emergency situation with Heatric, the FSEs are often the first point of call. This dedicated team supports the full scope of Heatric Services product offering and utilise their knowledge and expertise to maintain the equipment engineered by Heatric. The FSEs can rapidly mobilise a team to offer on-site support for customer’s equipment and systems.

The services offered by the FSEs are tailored to the needs of each customer, but can include:

  • Preventative maintenance (including the development of preventative maintenance programmes)
  • Commissioning support
  • Operator and Engineering Training
  • Technical guidance/advice
  • UHP and Chemical Cleaning (on and offshore)
  • Responsive maintenance
  • Strainers
  • Consultation on spares
  • Upgrading PCHEs – change in conditions
  • Retrofit of maintenance nozzles (for improved cleaning access)
  • Repair/replacements/re-cores
