Typical diffusion-bonded heat exchanger characteristics

Diffusion-bonded exchangers are highly robust, highly compact plate type heat exchangers, however they operate outside the usual limitations of other plate type exchangers. Due to their unique construction process, they are ideally suited to high pressure, high temperature applications more traditionally serviced by shell and tube heat exchangers.

The table below illustrates the typical characteristics and capabilities of diffusion-bonded. However the design of every exchanger is bespoke and extremely versatile, depending on customer specifications. As such, these figures are intended as a guide only.
